Giraldo Award
Last July of 2012 El Choco de Córdoba restaurant where the space where took place the choice of Giraldo National Award as the best recipe of cooking cod. 

These was the first time we decided to participate in this prize and we were proud of it because we achieved the second place. We elaborate a surprising recipe of cod baked in a napkin of mud and served with " fritada" (grilled onions and pepers with tomatoe). This is an original recipe that makes a tribute to the ceramic works, traditional in our land. A simple dish but with a fantastic staging, because at our restaurant we serve it breaking the piece of mud and explaining guests how is elaborate. Cod turns juiciy and develops a surprising taste and texture. The first award was achieved by our admired Andoni Luis Aduriz, with a genial recipe.
