Ignacio Echapresto goes to Madrid Fusión Fair because "El Celler de Can Roca, cantera de Talentos" makes a tribute to him. Ten prestigious Spanish and International chefs will be recognised with this award: María Pía León, Central restaurant, best of Peru; José Ramírez and Pamela Young from Chez José, Marcos Morán of Casa Gerardo (one Michelin star), Paco Pérez form Miramar (two stars); Fran Valiente form Quique Dacosta restaurant (three stars), María José San Román, from Monastrell (one star), Iván Cerdeño, from La Casa del Carmen (one star); and Kiko Moya from L'escaleta (one star).

With this distinction Roca brothers, that own El Celler de Can Roca with three Michelin stars and is the Best Restaurant of 2013, want to make a tribute to their pupils at the restaurant.
